It was with sadness that I learnt from Alma today of the passing of her beloved husband, Fred Pascoe, yesterday morning after a short illness. Fred and Alma are from Manchester, England.
Although Fred had left our country for more than 50 years, he was still very concerned for Malaysia. In our regular Facebook conversations, he often asked me how things are going for us Malaysians; he always ended it by wishing us well.
Fred, thanks for being my ardent reader and supporter and most of all, my friend. I shall miss you dearly.
May God bless your soul and may you rest in peace.
