Ben Toh and his fellow artists like Maxine, Yenny and Jane had once again organized another art jam for art lovers on 9th February 2014. On that hot afternoon, under the shades of green plants, some art lovers gathered to have fun with colors and canvas. I took the opportunity to introduce my book to them and was surprised by their good responses.

Last night, I was invited by my artist friends, Ben Toh and Gary Lim to sell my book at their event, the Contemporary Art VI Group Exhibition. The event features 6 local artists – Alice Yee, Gary Lim, Ellie Ng, Ben Toh, Maxine Xie and also my friend from Magick River, Melissa Lin.
It was well attended by many art enthusiasts who came despite the traffic jam in Sentul. They were there to look at beautiful artistic pieces and many also took the opportunity to buy my book. All in, it was an awesome night.

Last Saturday (12th October 2013) was the opening ceremony of the 5 + 1 “The Art of Life” exhibition at D7, Sentul, featuring five Malaysian artists and a sculptor. They were Tan Yew Chong, Miau Wong, Pang Siew Chang, Wong Siew Lee, Poh Mee Leong and Maxine Xie Xian Xin.
Many people turned up to view their art works. Besides a love for art, these visitors also loves to read books and many took the opportunity to buy my book. 🙂
It was a memorable day for us. My heartfelt thanks goes to Ben Toh, the organizer and all those who were at the event that day.
